Springbok fullback Willie le Roux and flank Marco van Staden return for the Vodacom Bulls’ match against Glasgow at Scotstoun Stadium on Friday night.
Le Roux, the 98-Test veteran, has been named on the bench having recovered from surgery to repair a shoulder injury that kept him out for a month, while Van Staden starts at No 8 in place of Cameron Hanekom (who is not match fit) after missing last week’s win against Muster due to the birth of his child.
Captain Ruan Nortje moves from the second row to blindside flank with Jannes Kirsten shifting to openside and Marcell Coetzee dropping down to the bench. JF van Heerden regains the No 5 jersey.
Johann Grobbelaar starts at hooker ahead of Akker van der Merwe, while former Junior Boks loose forward Jaco Grobler is set to make his URC debut as a substitute.
The only change to the backline sees wingers Canan Moodie and Sebastian de Klerk swap jerseys.
The Bulls are currently third on the URC log, four points behind second-placed Glasgow.
