Emmanuel Agbadou
Wolves – 36.15 km/h
Wolves only signed Emmanuel Agbadou from Stade Reims at the beginning of 2025, but the Ivory Coast international quickly showcased his pace in the Premier League.
The defender clocked a top speed of 36.15 km/h and is under contract at Molineux until 2029.

Abdukodir Khusanov
Man City – 36.27 km/h
Also arriving in the Premier League during the 2025 January transfer window was Man City defender Abdukodir Khusanov.
The youngster was immediately thrown into Pep Guardiola’s starting line up and caught the eye with his speed, hitting 36.27 km/h.

Wilson Odobert
Tottenham – 36.36 km/h
Despite having injury issues during his first season as a Tottenham player, Wilson Odobert also makes the list of the 10 quickest players in the top flight.
The French winger played just 849 minutes of Premier League football but did record a speed of 36.36 km/h.

Brighton – 36.39 km/h
A bright attacking spark for Brighton, Yankuba Minteh just missed out on a place in the top five during 24/25.
Another young winger like Odobert, the Gambia international was clocked at 36.39 km/h.

Carlos Forbs
Wolves – 36.57 km/h
Carlos Forbs was only on loan at Wolves for the 24/25 season and has since joined Club Brugge, but he caught the eye in England with his pace in the Midlands.
A former Man City youngster, Forbs made sure he’d be remebered for his speed, hitting 36.57 km/h.

Bryan Mbeumo
Man Utd – 36.63 km/h
You may not think of raw speed when it comes to new Man Utd signing Bryan Mbeumo, but he certainly has that pace needed to frighten defenders.
Costing the Red Devils up to £71m from Brentford, Mbeumo hit a speed of 36.63 km/h for the Bees in 24/25.

Anthony Elanga
Newcastle – 36.66 km/h
Like Mbeumo, Anthony Elanga was also on the move in 2025 after his impressive campaign with Nottingham Forest.
The winger helped the Reds to European qualification, which resulted in the Magpies spending £55m on his services. At the City Ground in 24/25, Elanga reahced a speed of 36.66 km/h.

Man City – 36.72 km/h
Not many would have thought versatile Man City ace Matheus Nunes would be in the top 10, and he hits as high as second place with a speed of 36.72 km/h.
Used as a right-back by Pep Guardiola, Nunes has pace to burn when needed.

Tottenham – 37.12 km/h
Top of the charts is Tottenham Hotspur defender Micky van de Ven. The Dutchman has gone on to be arguably become one of Spurs’ best signings in recent times as an absolute rock at the heart of the Tottenham defence.
There aren’t many attackers who have managed to outpace the young defender, who hit a scary pace of 37.12 km/h in 24/25.
