Springbok flyhalf Manie Libbok’s kicking has been much-maligned in the past, with many fans saying he should be stripped of place-kicking duties.
But against the Barbarians this past weekend, Libbok surprised many with a perfect five out of five kicking performance at a wet and windy Cape Town Stadium.

Rassie Erasmus cheekily took credit for Libbok’s 100-percent kicking display in the post-match press conference, but here’s the real reason all those kicks went sailing through the uprights.
