Lucknow Super Giants (LSG) will be facing Punjab Kings (PBKS) in the 54th match of IPL 2025. The LSG vs PBKS match is scheduled to be played at the Himachal Pradesh Cricket Association Stadium in Dharamsala on Sunday (May 4).
Lucknow Super Giants will be desperate to win the upcoming game and get back to winning ways to stay in contention for the playoffs. Their campaign is in danger of getting completely derailed after losses in the last two games.

Aiden Markram and Mitchell Marsh are set to be the openers in the LSG Playing 11 for the upcoming game. With Lucknow Super Giants desperate to win the upcoming match, the onus will be on their star openers to deliver with the bat and give their team a flying start.
Marsh got the start in the last game but could not convert it into a big score. The Australian all-rounder scored 34 runs off 24 balls against the Mumbai Indians. On the other hand, Markram was out for just 9 runs and will be eager to make amends in the upcoming game.

Nicholas Pooran’s form has also become a matter of concern for Lucknow Super Giants. After a strong start to the season, the West Indies star has failed to make an impact in recent games. In the last game against the Mumbai Indians, Pooran got the start but once again failed to make it count.

Things have not gone well for Pant this season, and he will be eyeing a better performance with the bat in the crucial clash. He was out for just 4 runs in the last game.
Ayush Badoni was the top scorer for Lucknow Super Giants in the last game. The right-handed batsman scored 35 runs and will look to make an impact with the bat once again. David Miller was used as an Impact Player in the last game, and the veteran South African could play a similar role once again.
He scored 24 runs in the last game and will be eyeing a big score against PBKS. Abdul Samad will be looking to make amends after being dismissed for just 2 runs in the previous match.
