Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) will be up against the Gujarat Titans (GT) in the 19th match of IPL 2025 in Hyderabad. Both teams have had a contrasting start to the tournament.
SRH are ranked in the bottom half of the points table after the first few games in the ongoing season, following a strong show against RR in the first match in Hyderabad, courtesy of an aggressive batting display.

Meanwhile, Gujarat Titans bounced back with back-to-back wins against MI and RCB, respectively, after losing their first game of the season against Punjab Kings
Gujarat Titans Playing 11 vs SRH- IPL 2025, Match 19:
Openers: Shubman Gill (c), Sai Sudharshan
Gujarat Titans skipper Shubman Gill will start the innings along with left-hander Sai Sudharshan. The right-hander, who has been criticized for his strike rate in the past, has made an effort to play in an attacking manner this season.
After failing in the first match against PBKS, Gill made a comeback in the second match against MI with a quick cameo in the powerplay and followed it up by another similar sort of innings against RCB in the last match.
Sai Sudharshan, on the other hand, has continued his rich vein of form that he showed against PBKS and has chipped in with crucial contributions for the Gujarat Titans in the ongoing season.
Middle-order batsmen and all-rounders: Jos Buttler (wk), Shahrukh Khan, Sharfen Rutherford, Rahul Tewatia, Rashid Khan
GT would be satisfied with the way the middle order has performed in the initial stage of the tournament, with Jos Buttler scoring a match-winning half-century against RCB, and was well supported by Sherfane Rutherford, who stitched a crucial partnership with Buttler to guide the team home.
Buttler has been in good form since the start of the season and played an important role in helping Gujarat Titans earn their first win of the season against Mumbai Indians at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad.
Having said that, GT would want batters like Shah Rukh Khan, Rahul Tewatia, and Rashid Khan to get a hit in the upcoming match against SRH to get into a good rhythm for the backend of the tournament.
Bowlers: Sai Kishore, Kagiso Rabada, Mohammed Siraj, Prasidh Krishna, Ishant Sharma
South African fast bowler Kagiso Rabada has formed a good bowling partnership with Mohammed Siraj, and the Gujarat Titans would hope that he attains full fitness before the game against SRH after missing the match in Bengaluru
The new ball pair of Siraj and Rabada has been nicely complemented by Prasidh Krishna, who has bowled miserly when the ball gets a bit soft and has played a major role in restricting the opposition’s scoring rate in the middle overs.
GT has one of the most lethal spin attacks in the tournament, with the likes of Rashid Khan and Sai Kishore taking charge. Sai Kishore has been the pick of the bowlers in the tournament so far, and the 2022 IPL Champion would wish for Rashid Khan to also get back to his best against SRH
