The Lions have confirmed what’s been floating in the media over the past week or so, that a former Bulls flyhalf has swapped allegiance.
After a brief stint in France, Chris Smith has returned to South Africa and has joined the Lions.
The Joburg side has been making moves in the off-season, already securing the signature of Griquas lock, Dylan Sjoblom.
Stormers wing, Angelo Davids and Sharks utility back, Eduan Keyter are also linked with moves to the Lions.
