The A’s and free agent righty Luis Severino are in agreement on a three-year, $67MM contract reports ESPN’s Jeff Passan. The deal includes a $10MM signing bonus and $57MM of salary over the three years, Yahoo’s Russell Dorsey adds. Severino can opt out after the second year of the contract, per Passan. Severino is represented by Klutch Sports.
