The Angels announced Tuesday that outfielder Jordyn Adams and infielder Eric Wagaman have been designated for assignment. Their spots on the 40-man roster will go to infielder Matthew Lugo and left-hander Jack Dashwood, both of whom are now protected from next month’s Rule 5 Draft.
