Sometimes all it takes for a coach to feel better about his team is 365 days passing by.
That’s how Stanford’s Dave Esquer feels. With nearly his entire team returning from a roller coaster 2024 season, there will be very few new faces and he will simply hope that another year around the sun will provide the Cardinal with the magic tonic that will turn a middle-of-the-road club with top-shelf potential into another typical Stanford team that sees the postseason and makes a run to Omaha.
